Born: Glen Ridge, NJ, January 5, 1957

Bar Admissions: Admitted to New Jersey Bar in 1983; the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey in 1983; The Florida Bar in 1990.

Areas of Concentration: As a member in the law firm of Hartman & Winnicki, P.C., major responisbilities involve trust and estate planning with emphasis on elder law and estate administration as well as business succession planning.

Education: Villanova University (B.S., 1979); Seton Hall School of Law (J.D., 1983)

Experience: Judicial Clerkship for the Honorable Sherwin D. Lester, J.S.C. Chancery Division. Joined the law firm of Winne, Banta, Rizzi, Hetherington and Basralian in 1985 as an associate. Became affiliated with Contant, Scherby and Atkins in 1988 as an associate and became partner in 1991, at which time the firm change its name to Contant, Atkins, Rogers, Fede, Keane, & Hille, L.L.C. in 2000.

Memberships:   National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, New Jersey Bar Association, The Florida Bar, Bergen County Bar Association.
