We represent a number of commercial bank and savings banks.  Attorneys of the firm have handled various complex lending transactions and loan workouts, as well as other matters dealing with Truth in Lending Act, environmental law, trust and fiduciary law and taxation for our bank clients.

In regard to our work for institutional lenders, we are involved in, and carry out, every aspect of the lender's origination, investigation, and closing activities.  This includes title work, review of underlying loan agreements, preparation of security agreements, mortgages and other collateral documents, and preparation of closing documents.  Our closings are performed in a manner and style that protects the lender, but also enhances the lender's image in the eyes of the borrower.

Our services to our bank clients also include aspects of debtor-creditor law, including loan workouts, collections, foreclosures, and creditor representation in bankruptcy reorganization and liquidation proceedings.
